בחמישי האחרון התקיימה ישיבת הנהגה צעירה ראשונה לשנת 2010. גיל שריקר יושב ראש ההנהגה החדש סיכם את שנת 2009 והציב את יעדי 2010. בהצלחה.

במהלך הישיבה חולקו חברי ההנהגה לקבוצות עבודה, שבהן קבעו את תקנון ההנהגה, החליטו על סמינר גיבוש והוצאת חולצת הנהגה.
